DECKS / PORCHES

This series of "Before and After" photos shows construction of 6 Deck and Porch projects installed by Massimo Home Improvement, Inc. The first 4 photos show construction of a multi-level clear cedar deck with cedar railing, accessed through French Doors at the rear of a ranch home. The next 3 photos show construction of a free-standing backyard deck made from ACQ pressure-treated wood.

The next 4 photos show a beautiful multi-level mahogany deck built by MHI, Inc. for a large contemporary home in Dix Hills. The railing is made from PVC. The next 4 photos show construction of a wrap-around deck made from TimberTechTM material with PVC railing and vinyl lattice. The next 2 photos show a cedar deck built by MHI, Inc. for an above-ground backyard pool.

The final 15 photos show Before/After and Construction photos of an expansive Victorian Porch designed and built by Massimo Home Improvements, Inc. as part of the Exterior Renovation of a hilltop Farm Ranch in Glen Cove. The construction photos show framing of the porch, installation of Ipe tropical hardwood decking and railing, ingenious construction of the Ipe staircase to hide all hardware, and views of the turned wood porch posts, painted cedar balusters and newel posts. "After" photos show the dramatic staircase aligned with a new stone-covered chimney, and winter waterviews from the beautiful new front porch.
