EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS

This series of "Before and After" photos shows 5 Exterior Renovation projects by Massimo Home Improvement, Inc. The first 8 photos depict the complete makeover of a Farm Ranch in Glen Cove, with Before/After views of 4 Elevations. MHI, Inc. extended three gables, then installed a new roof (Tamko architectural shingles), custom Marvin Ultimate wood-clad windows, MaibecTM pre-stained white cedar shingles w/5" exposure, and custom trim and architectural details made from FyponTM and AzekTM materials.

The next 4 photos show renovation of two-story wing of a large home in Plandome. MHI, Inc. installed Marvin Integrity windows, clear cedar clapboard siding, FyponTM fluted corner Pilasters, custom window casing with moulding details designed by MHI, Inc. from AzekTM, and FyponTM casing around semi-circle window. The next 4 photos show remodeling of a traditional ranch. MHI, Inc. extended gables, designed/installed a front porch and reverse gable over the garage, new windows, Certainteed vinyl siding, trim and driveway pavers.

The total transformation of a multi-level home by MHI, Inc., as shown in the next 10 photos, included extensive site construction, stonescaping and installation of a Victorian Porch made of all natural materials. The last 4 photos show renovation of 2 typical-style suburban homes. A Split Level was given a new front entrance and re-sided with stucco finish. A Ranch with aluminum siding was transformed by a two-story Addition with reverse gables, new front porch, vinyl siding and trim.
